Tammy is a highly respected SBA lending expert with more than 18 years of experience supporting small business owners through strategic financing solutions. Since joining Live Oak Bank in 2019, Tammy has closed and funded more than $175 million in SBA loans, specializing in business acquisitions, expansions, partner buyouts, commercial real estate, and complex credit structures. She brings deep expertise in SBA7(a), 504, companion loans, and conventional financing, along with a strong understanding of SBA policy and loan structuring.
