CONFERENCE + COURSE REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Use the Cancellation Form if you need to cancel an existing registration.
Adding a Guest or Course: If you need to purchase a Course or guest pass after your initial registration, please do this directly through your registration account. You can access your registration account HERE. You must use the same email address that was used for initial registration to access your existing account. Requests will not be processed via phone or email.
Conference Cancellation Policy: All conference registration cancellation requests must be made via the Cancellation Request Form. Cancellations received via phone or email will not be accepted. Conference registration cancellation requests submitted on or before July 19, 2024 will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received on or before August 9, 2024 will be charged a 50% processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for conference registration cancellations received after August 9, 2024. Conference Pass registrations are non-transferable to other people or events.
Course Cancellation Policy: Course registrations are refundable, less a $25.00 USD processing fee, if the Cancellation Request Form is received on or before August 9, 2024; phone or email cancellations will not be accepted. Course registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. No refunds will be given after August 9, 2024.
Guest Pass Cancellation Policy: Guest registrations are refundable, less a $25.00 USD processing fee, if the Cancellation Change Request Form is received on or before August 9, 2024. Guest pass registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after August 9, 2024.
