Romy B. Jurado, Esq., is a Miami-based business attorney and the founder of Jurado &

Associates, P.A., a law firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, investors, and international

clients establish and expand their businesses in the United States. With more than a decade

of legal experience, she advises clients in business law, immigration strategy, estate planning,

probate, real estate, and litigation.

A graduate of Florida International University College of Law, Romy is widely recognized

for guiding international entrepreneurs through investor visa options such as E-2, L-1, and

EB-5, helping foreign investors turn business opportunities into successful ventures in the
