Moises Saltiel

Moisés Saltiel is a highly experienced business attorney with over 10 years of 
expertise in corporate law, mergers & acquisition, and private equity. He specializes 
in advising foreign clients investing into the U.S. market and engaging in cross-border transactions, helping them navigate the complexities of corporate 
formation and structuring, compliance, and securities laws. With a unique 
background in international finance and marketing, Moisés brings a practical,

Moisés holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in International Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida International University College of Law (FIU). During his academic career, he gained hands-on experience at the FIU Business Law Clinic and interned with the City Attorney’s Office at Coral Gables, laying a strong foundation for his future practice in corporate and commercial law.
