Deborah Carman

Deborah A. Carman is the founder of the Carman Law Firm, P.A., a South Florida law firm centrally located in downtown Boca Raton. Ms. Carman has been in practice in the State of Florida for over 40 years. She is engaged in a civil practice, with an emphasis on Business Sales, Mergers, and Acquisitions, Real Estate, and Corporate Work. She is also the owner and President of Palm Title Services, Inc., a full service Title Company serving Florida for over 36 years.

The firm is recognized for their skill and integrity having more than 40 years of experience, and completing thousands of transactions on behalf of their clients in business and real estate transactions. The firm’s personal attention to its clients’ needs and desired results produces a customized approach that this firm delivers to each case. Ms. Carman has created webinars for the BBF and IBBA and is the author of numerous articles and books, including Closing the Deal and Business Selling Insights. Deborah A. Carman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Newcomb College and her Law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1983. After graduation, she was house counsel for a major company, and in 1986 she started her own firm in Boca Raton.
