Brian A. Stephens is a seasoned expert in business sales, acquisitions, and valuations. Before founding Legacy Venture Group, Brian had a distinguished career at Motiva Enterprises, where he managed the transition of over $100 million in property transactions for Shell.

Brian holds numerous prestigious certifications, including Master Certified Business Intermediary (MCBI), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP). District President of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and active membership in the Business Transition Council of Tampa Bay.

Dedicated to mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting local charities, serving as a board member of Joshua House, a Tampa-based organization for abused children.
