Erin is a seasoned business broker and intermediary. She has over 11 years of M&A experience including business brokerage and franchising. She holds the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) accreditation as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and currently serves as a Board member as well as serving on several committees for the organization. Erin was the recipient of the CFE Women’s Executive Scholarship, which allowed her to earn her Certified Franchise Executive credentials in 2013. She enjoys mentoring other brokers and has developed educational seminars for the Business Brokers of Florida series in South Florida, where she is able to share her experiences with other brokers who are just getting started in their careers.

Jackie Ossin Hirsch, the founder of Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC which opened in 2004. Ms. Hirsch has been selling companies since 1998 and worked on over 400 transactions. Ms. Hirsch was born and raised in the Orlando area and graduate of the University of Florida. She is married to the love of her life Dr. Michael Hirsch and they have one spectacular child named Malena.
Michael Piccoli is an experienced company president who is passionate about business development and growth. Bernardo “Ben” Protano is an attorney, sole practitioner practicing in Hollywood, Florida since 2000.

Joshua D. Sagman P.A was born in Washington, DC and graduated from Syracuse University in New York. Prior to business brokerage, Josh had a very successful career working in Public Relations and Corporate Branding. Josh Sagman joined the South Florida Business Brokerage Market in 2017. He closed 14 deals in his first year and has been in the exclusive Transworld Business Advisors Presidents club 2018-Present and the Business Brokers of Florida Million Dollar Circle in 2018-Present. Josh currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida and speaks to all of the new Transworld franchisees and agents about getting started in the industry and how he was able to fast track success by using social media and marketing.
Lou Vescio is a managing and founding partner of Agency Brokerage Consultants. He holds both the CBI and M&AMI designations. Lou also served as the Chairman of the IBBA 2017 and has written and taught courses and workshops for the IBBA for the past 18 years.
After Lou graduated from college, he joined the U.S. Air Force as an aviator where he flew both F-4 and C-141 aircraft and spent 15 years with Texas Instruments in a variety of managerial positions.

Trish is a current member of NAR, IBBA, BBF, and has actively worked in the Central Florida market both with developers, owners, tenants, and economic development boards across Central Florida. Trish is on the board of the Central Florida chapter of BBF and has chaired the Economic Development Committee for the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, an appointed seat on the Parks and Preservation Advisory Board for Seminole County and was appointed to and served on the Economic Development Advisory Board for the City of Casselberry.
